ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) No.7739 of 2025 dated 21.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 21.04.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month, at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
