...2ND RESPONDENT/ DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend time for further two weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to comply the condition impugned in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 11886 of 2022 in Crime No. 211 of 2022 on 04.07.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN RAJ.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.11886 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.9351 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.07.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11886 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
