ORDER
Seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd to 4th respondents and prevent them from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property in O.S.No.282 of 2026 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.116 of 2026 was issued and enquiry is pending.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the 2/4
enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
