ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, directing the respondent to expedite and pass final orders in petitioner's petition dated 05.02.2016 pending before the respondent in No.PCCF Ref.No.4224/2016 T.S.4 Va.Pa.No.8067/2015D on the basis of his representation dated 29.10.2016.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Sy.Nos.1066/1A, 1C, 4A, 1067/1 and 1068, situated at Ayyampalayam Panchayat Union, Dindigul District and he intended to develop the property by converting it into house sites. Since the lands are nearer to the forest, there is a necessity to obtain a No Objection Certificate from the respondent. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has made a representation before the first respondent on 29.10.2016 seeking for No Objection Certificate. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered by the respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending before the respondent till date, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.10.2016 and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
