This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.117 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dhalavaipuram Police Station, Virudhunagar District to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID,Virudhunagar District. 2.When the case came up for hearing, there is no representation for the Petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation has been completed and Final Report was laid before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalaiyam.

4.The learned Government Advocate also submits that at the time of filing the Final Report, the name of the one of the accused was deleted and 2/4

the case was taken numbered as P.R.C. No.6913 of 2022 before Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalaiyam.
