The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23159 of 2022 dated 03.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that the contemnor herein/second respondent therein, after completing the investigation, has filed a final report on 25.04.2023 and the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.14 of 2023 on 15.06.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi.
