Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the 'Valli Thirumana" drama programme on 08.12.2020 from 08.00pm to 11.00pm, in pursuant to the Mathagu Eduppu Festival of the 'Arulmigu Sri Ariyanachi Amman Kovil' temple situated at Kilathari Village, Thamarakki Post, Sivagangai District considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2020.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the 'Valli Thirumana" drama programme on 08.12.2020 from 08.00pm to 11.00pm, in pursuant to the Mathagu Eduppu Festival of the 'Arulmigu Sri Ariyanachi Amman Kovil' temple situated at Kilathari Village, Thamarakki Post, Sivagangai District considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.12.2020. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2020 will be considered at the earliest. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
