ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to Set Aside the conditional modification order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No. 2170 of 2022, Dated. 13.07.2022 and relax the condition of the learned trial court totally and pass any other or orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is only a bread winner of the family and he has to take care of his age old parents, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No. 2170 of 2022, Dated 13.07.2022 to the 2/4

effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
