ORDER
This writ petitions has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to carry out the survey and settlement operation in the Ayan Nanja land comprised in S.F.No.128/8 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.33 cents out of the area of Ac.0.66 cents situate at Nachikurichi Village, Srirengam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.F.No.128/8 admeasuring to an extent of 0.33 cents. Total extent of the above property is 0.66 cents. The petitioner purchased 0.33 cents on the western side, the third respondent purchased the remaining cents in eastern side, and a joint patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner as well as the third respondent. Now, the petitioner filed an application before the 1st respondent to measure the property, in respect of the land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
purchased by the petitioner and he also paid necessary fees. Pursuant to the same, the second respondent said to have taken steps to measure the property. At the time of carrying out of survey, the third respondent abandoned the survey. In the said circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the first respondent will consider the petitioner's application within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4.Since the petitioner has claimed that he has purchased 0.33 cents and patta was also granted in his favour, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in S.F.No.128/8, admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.33 cents, situate at Nachikurichi Village, Srirengam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
