Prayer in WP(MD). 1032/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2019 by granting permission to fix Immanuel Peravai Notice Board near Keeladi Bus Stop, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

ORDER

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that by proceedings, dated 05.06.2020 of the 2nd respondent in the writ petition, the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2.However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent in the writ petition is the competent authority to pass orders and therefore, the order passed by the 2nd respondent is not in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Cont.P(MD)No.1235 of 2020 3.However, this Court finds that the learned Judge has directed the respondents to pass orders and not specifically directed the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, the objection raised on behalf of the petitioner is without any merit and hence this contempt petition stands closed.
