ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.42 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in C.C.No.2448 of 2022.

3. In view of the said submission, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
