ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to harass and not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the 4th respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's mother/4th respondent gave a complaint against this petitioner. In her complaint, she has stated that the petitioner's mother is a Managing Trustee of the Katti Seeni Habeeb Naziya Charitable Trust and also running a school by name Najiya Higher Secondary School. Previously, the petitioner was appointed as a Vice President of the said school and thereafter, he removed from the Trust on 10.01.2022 and also removed from the post of Vice President on 14.03.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner was not turned up to her and also she gave a complaint to the Superintendent of Police and C.S.R.No.88 of 2022 was given. Further, on 14.06.2022, the 2/4
petitioner and some other persons were said to have went to the 4th respondent's school and gave trouble and also threatened her. Hence, the 4th respondent filed a petition before the Madras High Court and the same is pending in SR.No.17572 of 2022. On enquiry, the 4th respondent stated that from 14.07.2022, the petitioner has not come to the school and he has not given any trouble to her and hence further action may be dropped against the petitioner. Recording the statement, the respondent police closed the said complaint.
