ORDER

In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms:

(i)The learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, is requested to take up the suit in O.S.No.108 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
