Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12368 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioners took a Demand Draft in favour of the defacto complainant. But the defacto complainant refused to receive the said Demand Draft. Hence, the petitioners could not able to comply with the conditional order imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12368 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020. Hence, he seeks to extend the time for a period of four weeks. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant submitted that now the defacto complainant is ready and willing to receive the Demand Draft.

CRL MP(MD) No.7405 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to hand over the Demand Draft forthwith and execute a sureties as directed by this Court on or before 31.12.2020, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
