Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. Though, the matter was listed under the caption 'For dismissal', today, the learned counsel for the petitioners appeared before this Court. 2.This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6903 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9463 of 2021 dated 27.04.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
