O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, to expedite the trial in D.V.P.No.7 of 2019 and complete the trial within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this court. 2.Even though Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may not lie, in view of the order passed by this Court in a batch of Criminal Original Petitions in Dr.P.Padmanaban and other Vs. Monica and another reported in (2021) 1 MLJ Crl. 311, a clear direction has been issued to all the Courts, which deal with DV Act matters, to conclude the proceedings within a period of three months.

3.Hence, the the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, is directed to comply with the above said order.

4. With the above said directions, this petition is disposed of.
