ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made on the state highway near S.No.358/10 and 359, Sirangattupatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, by the respondents No.4 and 5 based on the representations dated 08.10.2025 and 08.05.2026 preferred by the petitioner within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Learned counsel for State would submit that the official respondents will conduct survey and if there is any encroachment in the abovesaid survey numbers as alleged by the petitioner, the same will be removed by due process of law within a time frame. 3.
Recording the said submission, the official respondents are directed to conduct a survey and ascertain as to whether there is any encroachment in the subject survey numbers. If so, such encroachment shall be removed by due process of law after affording opportunity to the private respondents and all 2/4
other parties concerned. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
