This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.89 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Mohan is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.R.Veera Ganesan, SSI of Police attached to Sakkottai Police Station, Sivagangai District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he does not want to pursue the complaint. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo.
