ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.8553 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner that though already this Court granted extension of time on several occasions, due to death of this grandmother, he was unable to comply with the condition and to comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 8553 of 2025 till 15.07.2026. It is made clear that further extension of time cannot be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
