PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2022 within time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the the 2nd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.06.2022 within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner is a complainant and he has preferred a complaint against the 4th respondent herein who is mother of the petitioner. It is alleged in the complaint that the mother of the petitioner is having illicit relationship with 3rd respondent herein. He further submitted that there is a dispute with regard to proposal for selling the family property and hence, the complaint is pending. The submission is recorded.

3.Recording the said aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police is hereby directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 2/4

Four weeks from the receipt of copy of the order. Both the parties are directed to appear before the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police and give fullest co-operation for enquiry.

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No cost.
