[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] The present Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 14.09.2018, made in W.M.P.(MD) No.17625 of 2018 in W.P.(MD) No.19846 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Contempt Petition, the main Writ Petition itself has been dismissed by this Court and to that effect, he has a also produced a copy of the order dated 26.10.2021, passed in W.P.(MD)No.19846 of 2018.
