PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2022 within time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the the 2nd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.01.2022 within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.01.2022 enquiry was initiated by the 2nd respondent/Inspector of Police. The complainant was present and he stated that with regard to the disputed property a civil suit is pending before the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur. Till the disposal of the civil suit before the civil forum both the parties are not create any problem between them. Recording the said statement the complaint was closed on 22.01.2022. The submission is recorded.
