O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1658 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Special Court for

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, dated 25.06.2024.

2.The petitioner was enlarged on bail in Crl.M.P.No.1658 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, on certain conditions, one of which is follows:

"9. the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station once in a day at 10.00 a.m for the period of 30 days and thereafter he should appear and sign before this Court at 10.00 a.m once in a month on the 4th working day of English calendar month until charge sheet is filed. "

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that, "the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, on summons. Rest of the conditions shall remain the same.

5.With the above modification, this petition is ordered accordingly.
