ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was granted free house site patta. It appears to have been cancelled on 09.08.2011. It appears that a copy of the same was never given to the writ petitioner.

3. The second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the same on the writ petitioner so that the writ petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. It is true that subsequent developments are obviously dependant on the said cancellation order. The said cancellation order is yet to be tested in the manner known to law.

4. Therefore, leaving open the petitioner's right, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
