O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to furnish the particulars regarding the dissolution or cancellation of the trust by name P.N.M Family Trust on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2022, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that no such details have been recorded or registered in the office of the respondent with regard to the dissolution or cancellation of the P.N.M Family Trust. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 09.09.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
