Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in representing the criminal revision petition in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.SR5718 of 2019.

CRL MP(MD) No.7481 of 2019 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
