ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the 3rd respondent is attempting to grab his property, has approached this Court seeking police protection.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent, who is the son of the petitioner, is attempting to evict him forcibly and to grab his property. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 01.05.2024 that was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.227 of 2024. Based on that complaint, the 3rd respondent was called for enquiry and he was warned by the respondent Police. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed this complaint recently. Since the earlier complaint itself was closed as it is a dispute between the father and the son, the respondent Police has not acted upon the present complaint. 2/4

4. The petitioner claims that he is a diabetic patient and he has undergone two surgeries on his legs.

5. Considering the health condition of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to look into the petitioner's complaint and warn the 3rd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall ensure that the 3rd respondent is not disturbing the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
