ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Paramakudi/the R2 to conduct further and speedy investigation in Crime No. 187 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent police and consequently direct the second respondent to secure the missing girl/petitioner's daughter Nithyashree (Date of Birth: 21.11.2006) aged about 15 years within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that today (i.e., on 26.8.2022) they have formed a special team and going to Kerala to trace the missing girl

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is hereby directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.187 of 2022 and to take necessary action to find out the missing girl/petitioner's daughter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
