ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to grant permission to conduct Naiyandi Melam, Light Music with Pattu Katcheri on 17.08.2019 for the festival of Vadakasi Amman Temple at Notchikulam Village, Sankarankoil Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already permission was granted to the petitioner to conduct cultural programme.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
