This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.3 of 2020 dated 17.03.2020 on the file of the first respondent insofar as the petitioner alone. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent has represented that the first respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the petitioner they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.73 of 2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that no materials 2/4

available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
