ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent rejecting the permission to conduct cultural program as part of temple festival at Sri Alagiya Mannar Rajagobal Swamy Temple situated in North Vijayanarayanam, Tirunelveli District on 13.08.2019.

2.The second respondent police rejected the plea of the petitioner by siting law and order problem. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the second respondent / Inspector of Police is present and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that now the respondent police is ready to give permission to conduct cultural program by imposing reasonable conditions.

3.Considering the fact that the respondent police himself submitted that they are ready to give permission, the second respondent police is directed to consider the plea of the petitioner and pass order by imposing necessary conditions to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

maintain law and order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
