O R D E R

The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the police that the police have not been disposing of the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.06.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there are disputes between the petitioner and the rival parties in respect of the property allegedly belonging to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, in the month of September 2022, when the petitioner was constructing a house in the land belonging to the petitioner, one Rajendran along with his wife entered the house site and abused him in filthy language and attacked him. On a complaint given to the police, a case is also stated to have been registered in Crime No.37 of 2023 dated 14.04.2023 for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324, 355 and 506 (2) of I.P.C.

3. Now the petitioner submits that the said Rajendran is threatening him to kill him if they continue to construct the house. So far as the alleged attempt to interfere by the said Rajendran and others in respect of the construction of the petitioner in his house site, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate Civil Court. So far as the alleged threat of Rajendran is concerned, the respondent Police are directed to consider the same as per the representation 2/4

dated 10.06.2023 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
