To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.4753 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.432 of 2025, dated 15.04.2026, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.4753 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.432 of 2025, dated 15.04.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for 49 days.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
