This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Court, Trichy to consider the bail application of the petitioner concerned in Crime No.53 of 2022, on the file of the second respondent herein, on the same day on his surrender if any petition filed by the petitioner.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with first accused abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and also caused damage to his chain. Hence the complaint.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Trichy to consider the bail application if any filed by the petitioner, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
