ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.732/2022/A3 dated 02.02.2022 and to conclude the enquiry within a time as stipulated by this Court after affording opportunity to the necessary parties concerned based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2022.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 20.01.2022 to the respondents. On receipt of the same, the first 2/5

respondent, by his proceedings dated 02.02.2022, passed an order directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days. However, the same has not been complied with. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that though the first respondent, by his proceedings dated 02.02.2022, directed the second respondent to complete the enquiry within 15 days, the same is still pending without any progress, this Court is inclined to direct second respondent to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 20.01.2022.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's 3/5

representation dated 20.01.2022, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 10.08.2022 ogy Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes / No.
