ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the electricity and water supply to the petitioner's Naesy Kiosk at the Government Raja Mirasudar Hospital, Tanjore District within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The petitioner sought for electricity service connection and water supply. After a period of six years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh before the authority concerned on fresh cause of action.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
