PRAYER :- To Extend the time by 15 days to comply with the orders passed by this Honourable Court dated 2.7.2019 made in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 7685/2019 and pass such other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court iin Crl.O.P (MD) No. 7685/2019 dated 02.07.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

CRL MP(MD). No.7334 of 2019 surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for producing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
