O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal that is pending, wherein, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the third respondent with respect to the subject properties.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 on instructions submitted that the appeal proceedings are pending and some time is required to pass final orders.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal taken on file in Na.Ka.No.3737/2020/Aa4, dated 06.07.2020, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
