RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition No.III imposed upon the petitioner to the effect that he should report and sign before the respondent police station daily once at 10.00 am for one month by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi in Crl M.P No. 1403 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024 in Crime No.239 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner to the effect that he should report and sign before the respondent police station daily 1/3

once at 10.00 am, for one month by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, in Crl.M.P.No.1403 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024 in Crime No.239 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.In view of the above submission, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1403 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024 is fully relaxed.
