ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the case in PRC No.71 of 2019 was taken on file in S.C.No.226 of 2022 and the same is pending before the learned Additional District Judge,

2. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court and also requested to issue a direction to dispose the case within a time frame.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional District Judge, Page No.2/4

Kumbakonam, is directed to dispose the case in S.C.No.226 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
