O R D E R

This petition has been filed directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the representation made by the petitioner to the first and second respondents on 03.07.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed through proceedings 13.11.2024 by the second respondent Police.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
