Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2015 and consequently, direct the respondents to refix the scale of pay and to pay the revised pensionary benefits on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.33/A.Ku.Ka./2016 dated 19.02.2016. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2015 and consequently, direct the respondents to refix the scale of pay and also to pay the revised pensionary benefits based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.33/A.Ku.Ka./2016 dated 19.02.2016.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.12.2015 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law and based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.33/A.Ku.Ka./2016 dated 19.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
