Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the person or body of the detenus namely (I) Chnna Priya, aged about 28 years, W/o.Prakash, and (2) Ajithkumar, aged about 1 year, S/o.Prakash, before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's daughter Chinna Priya, aged about 28 years, W/o.Prakash went missing with her 1 year old son Ajithkumar, her complaint before the second respondent was registered in Crime No.150 of 2023, dated 16.06.2023, under the caption 'woman missing and boy missing'. Since her daughter and grandson could not be traced within a reasonable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Pending the Habeas Corpus Petitin, we had directed the second respondent herein to trace the petitioner's daughter and grandson. Accordingly, both were produced before us today.

3. We have spoken with both the petitioner as well as her daughter Chinna Priya. The petitioner's daughter stated that she would reconcile and

stay with her mother along with her 1 year old son. The petitioner is also willing to take her into her house along with her grandson. The petitioner's daughter had also given a statement before the first respondent reiterating the stand taken before us today.

4. In view of the amicable decision taken between the petitioner and her daughter, no further orders are required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
