ORDER

The revision petitioner is the petitioner before the Trial Court. She filed an application under Section 47 of C.P.C., to adjudicate her claim. The same was dismissed by the trial Court on 14.11.2017. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would submit before this Court that the very E.P. has been disposed on 12.10.2018 and delivery was effected in favour of the decree holder.

3. Having considered the submission of either side, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the matter.

4. In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
