O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner's son and third respondent having some money transactions and the petitioner's son went to Bangalore and never returned to the home. The petitioner is working as a Staff in a College. He is no way involved in their transaction. But the summons have been to his College address.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent against this petitioner stating that this petitioner only instigated her to invest in the online transaction, stating that his son is working in Flipcart company Bangalore.

4.Since the complaint has been given against the petitioner, whether he is actually involved in the money transaction or not, it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14479 of 2021 is the duty of him to appear before the Enquiry Officer and to cooperate him to complete the enquiry. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through proper proceedings.

5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above said liberty.
