This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to register the death of the petitioner's husband and to issue a death certificate in his correct name, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the Village Administrative Officer has conducted an enquiry and confirmed that the petitioner's husband passed away in Dubai on 19.05.2025.

3. Since the enquiry has been completed, the second respondent is directed to issue death certificate of the petitioner's husband to the petitioner, recording the death of her husband as 19.05.2025, by considering the report of the Village Administrative Officer within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
