O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7251 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Court directed the respondent/second respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate and the respondent shall ensure that the petitioner has not deposited the original partition deed for any other purpose. So far, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent Police Station and not produced any material to show that the original sale deed has not deposited for any other purpose. Therefore, the respondent could not issue Non-Traceable Certificate as directed by this Court.

3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and ensure that he has not deposited the original sale deed for any other purpose.
