O R D E R

The petitioner alleges that UDR patta was erroneously issued in favour of the private respondents. If that be so, it is only the sixth respondent who is competent to correct the same. The petitioner is given liberty to submit an appropriate petition before the sixth respondent. Upon receipt thereof, the sixth respondent shall conduct enquiry and issue notice to the concerned parties and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months, thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
