This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in HMOP No.80 of 2021 dated 07.01.2023, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sattur.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the main HMOP No.80 of 2021, itself came to be disposed of on 08.01.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
