ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.137 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in possession of 21 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the present case has been registered.

3. The petitioner is involved in five other cases. The details of the pending cases are as follows:

4. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
